Committees

Our Committees support and drive us in our Next Steps. We are all volunteer members of the Meow Wolf Workers Collective. Now that our collective bargaining agreement is signed, members will elect a board to govern the operation of the union. • Organizing Committee

  • The Organizing Committee helps organize and guide the MWWC and its members. It handles membership, onboarding, and general logistics.

• Communications Committee

  • This group is responsible for creating clear communications for internal and external use through emails and social media.

• Outreach Committee

  • The Outreach Committee’s purpose is to create a ground work and support system to receive information about needs, opinions, issues, etc from the company at large.

• Bargaining Committee

  • Elected by members, this committee's role is to work with the Outreach Committee to understand the needs of the BU to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Meow Wolf Management.
